...Opened its doors in the fall of 2008. Our founders chose the name Nonna's as homage to their mothers, also known as nonna (grandmother) to the rest of their families.
Both Nonna's come from southern Calabria and have been cooking southern Italian food for decades. People have asked us why opened up an Italian restaurant, and the answer is simple; we want to provide our guests with simple Italian food like our mothers made for us as kids.
The secret behind our food is simple - we use only fresh quality ingredients and cook them the same way we have been for generations. We source out the best products from Italy and bring them into our restaurant - such as tomatoes (DOP), pasta, olive oils and cheeses.
Nonna's will help you experience a little bit of Italy while you dine here. From the warm welcome, to great espressos, pastries, cakes, pastas, wood-burning pizza to our world famous sandwiches.
From time to time, if you look close enough you will see one of our nonna's in the kitchen preparing your meal.
